Juliette began her career as an on-air TV interviewer, producer and personality, working with newsmakers such as Tom Cruise, Janet Jackson, Rubin 'Hurricane' Carter, Tina Turner, Tim Burton, Rosie O'Donnell, Sir Richard Branson and Steven Spielberg. To satisfy her on-going thirst for knowledge, Juliette helped produce the TED conferences with founder Richard Saul Wurman, inspiring hundreds of thought leaders from the worlds of Technology, Entertainment and Design. In addition, Juliette hosted and produced live televised events with luminaries such as Prince Charles and Nelson Mandela, and in 2001, Juliette was appointed as a youth delegate to the United Nations. Since 1999, her company, Powell International Entertainment Inc. has grown into an integrated TV production and media development consulting service. Broadcast clients include: Biography Channel, Women's Entertainment Television, E! Entertainment television and Cirque du Soleil. In 2002, Juliette co-founded the Gathering Think Tank Inc. (www.thegatheringwebsite.org) to provide a forum for innovation and ideas that would better serve her clients overall strategic needs. In 2006, Juliette expands on the Gathering theme by opening it up to award-winning content creators. Thus the Inspiration Festival idea was born. What If...
